I had my vehicle recently serviced at Crown. Shawn Henson my advisor was very polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. It was an easy and enjoyable service. At time of check out Shawn was with another Audi owner and Parker Maraventano seamlessly jumped in and finished up my paperwork. I was in with my father while he was dropping his car off for service. I am the guy who hates auto shops but I must say I was so impressed with Shawn Henson and his honest, no pressure, informative approach he had with my father. He was the first genuine and honest car repair guy I.have ever met. Even when we returned and waited to pick up I observed him helping a woman prioritizing repairs needed and helping her making a plan. It was such a fresh approach I asked him if I could bring my Toyota in to him for service. I am happy to know my father is getting honest service.

I had my vehicle towed in for a flat tire and Shawn Henson greeted me, got the vehicle right in and got me a bottle of water to can't nerves after my interstate fiasco. Scott the technician came in to show me the large roofing mail that got my tire replaced in a flash. They even cleaned my car like new, this is the best experience that could have come out of something so traumatic,.

We were looking for a good buy for my daughter's first car. Ryan Sanders was so helpful! He made sure to include my daughter in the discussion and spent over 30 minutes showing her how to work on the buttons and knobs in her new car. He was very aware of her hesitance to ask questions so he made sure she was totally comfortable before we left the lot. He never rushed us and there was no pressure at all. I know I will be back at Crown Audi for my next purchase and I will surely ask for Ryan Sanders to provide assistance.

The Service Advisor Brian Fisher is very friendly and knowledgeable.Shawn Brown, who worked each time on my car, does a wonderful job, so I only have to bring my car in for a regular check up.
