Bestway Lawncare

Stay away. Bestway is just plain awful. I signed a one-year contract with Bestway to care for my lawn and weed my beds. This was a huge mistake. They repeatedly skipped my lawn and seldom, if ever, weeded my beds unless I asked them to. Two of my neighbors used them as well. I would come home and find their lawns mowed, but not mine. The first time it happened, I called and was told that my lawn was too wet. It had been raining, so I said OK. The second and third time was unacceptable. I would call the office and ask to speak to the manager, but he would only communicate using email. Even when I threatened to leave, he still would not call. Needless to say, I now have a new lawn service. Look elsewhere for good service.

Even after you pay them for services not rendered. You can NOT find another lawn care business in town as they blackball you from ever getting lawn care service from anyone ever again. They are supposed to come every Tuesday. They don't. They are supposed to trim hedges. They don't. Don't hire them. Because once you stop service with them. They will make sure you won't find anyone else ever.
