Master Muffler And Brake

Master Muffler has always taken care of our needs and we enjoy working with both Bob and Tage.

Took my Toyota in for noise in struts. They found the problem and put on new struts in the rear. They fixed the Toyota the same day and the price was the best around.

My car wasn't passing inspection and so master muffler was able to fix the problem. I had to wait a bit but they were very great to work with because they let me know what was going on and how long it was going to take. They seemed to be pretty spot on as far as how long it was going to take. I hate when they tell me an hour and then I end up waiting two extra hours. So annoying.

I am very hard on my truck. I like to take it out and take it over some crazy terrain. The muddier I can get my truck the better. It means that I have had a good day riding when it is completely coverd in mud. Because I am so hard on my truck it has problems every now and again and master muffler has been able to fix them all. Ahh yeah that means more dirt riddin for me.

They told me I needed a new catalytic converter 3 weeks after my car passed emissions. They said if the light doesn't come on during inspection then it passes. I think emissions is more in-depth than that. I don't think they tested the sensors. I put some fuel injector fluid in several days ago and the light hasn't come on. I'm thinking there is something minor happening (02 sensor?) but not a new cat.

My husband and I took our 1997 Subaru Outback to Master Muffler today to see about having a bracket fixed, which was causing an annoying rattle! Other places we had previously taken it said it would cost about $100.00 to fix. The employee who helped us said he would have to look at it to see if he could repair what we were asking, as we just wanted to have the bracket welded. Long story short, we waited about 10 minutes for our car to be fixed and best of all, NO CHARGE!! Thank you Master Muffler for the best customer service and speedy fix. We will now be taking our car there for all services needed in the future!

Happy with the workers that were at the shop. They were able to give me a time table as to when they thought I was going to get my car fixed. They were straight up and honest with me throughout the whole process and that is the problem I have ran into with other companies. Good place and nice people.

I have had so many different times when I have gone to get my car repaired and it seems like the repair men skirt around what the problems are. I would ask what the status is on my car and they would never know. It was a different story when I went to Master Muffler & Brake and I was able to ask them questions and they answered them. They kept me really in the loop as to what was going on and how much everything would cost.

I am so happy that I chose to take my car to these guys. I took my car to a small mechanic shop and they said I had a bunch of problems so I thought I would get a second opinion. Master Muffler checked out my car and said I had only a couple of the many problems that the other mechanic told me. I saved so much money by taking it to these guys. Their service seems very nice and honest compared to some of the others I have used.

I am not sure if I just had good luck but I thought I had a problem with my engine and so I took it into the shop and they said that a few things were loose but other than that it was fine. They didn't charge me for anything they just tightened up a few things which only took a minute and I was outta that place. I was so happy to see how honest they are.

Went in for an oil change and ended up getting some much more. They are all professional and very friendly. They were fast and got me in and out quick. They had a nice clean waiting room to sit in even though I wasn't there for very long. If your looking for a good price, friendly people, and professional work I would recommend giving them a try.

I had a coupon for a free oil change. I usually do all the service on my own car to save money and as a little bit of a hobby. They were quick nice and very helpfull. They found a nail in one of my tires and showed it to me they fixed it for a really low price and had me on my way. If you don't have time to work on your car I would recomend going here they will go out of their way to make sure your car is running well and driving safe.

They really know what they are doing getting the job done right the first time. Saving me time, money, and the hassel of a broken car. Thanks guys great job.
