        We are a Dominican restaurant with a family atmosphere, with more than 3 years providing the best service to the entire town of Clayton at the hands of our founder Janny Matos. Caribbean Delight dreams born with our founder Janny Matos, since childhood she cooked beside her mother and learn recipes that have been passed down from generations. Everything started making food for events, Janny Matos and her Husband decide to began their dream, every morning while her drive on HWY 70, she asked God for a restaurant here in Clayton, God spoke and on April 17, 2015 Caribbean Delight began to be a realty. We offer the most varied, healthy, tasty and traditional cuisine with the highest quality ingredients that represent the Dominican and American culture.
