I went to their office for the first time today. While in the waiting room a man ran in saying some one had just collapsed at the restaurant next door (Pavi Grill) and nobody from their office would help. I said I would wait longer if a nurse or doctor would help the collapsed elderly man and the nurse I was speaking to shut her office door and did not return. When I asked the receptionist why nobody was willing to go she said in a snotty vioce "I can't make them!". Fortunantly not long after the ambulance arrived at took the man. I had my copay refunded to me and plan to look for a new doctor. Why would I want to be seen by doctors who aren't their to help people when they are needed most?

Just about every aspect of Dr. Kaplan's office is a frustrating series of mishaps.He often leaves his patients mid exam only to accept calls for his home visit service, which is clearly his focus now. Trying to get paperwork or insurance matters handled in a timely or competent fashion is nearly impossible.The staff in Dr. Kaplan"s office is so unbelievably incompetent that anything from getting important lab results to leaving a message for a Dr. to return your call takes an act of God! One is left feeling that, including Dr. Kaplan, there is noone in this office that even remotely cares about the health of it's patients.
