C & R Chimney Specialists

Don't waste your time calling these guys, you will get the run around and only be disappointed! I called them on a Sunday afternoon and left a message, they called me back on Monday and said they would call me in a couple of days to set up a time to come out and give me an estimate on installing the pipe for my wood burner. A WEEK went by and I hadn't heard anything so I called them again the following Friday, the guy called me back on Sunday and said he and his partner could be there on Monday between ten thirty and eleven but I wasn't going to be home. They offered to choose a different day I told them I would be home between the time they wanted for the rest of the week and they agreed they would call back the next day to let me know when they would be coming... big surprise I still haven't heard from them!!!! It seems if your can't bend to their schedule then they blow you off. If this is how they run their business I'm glad they haven't called me back to come and do my chimney. They would probably cut holes in my ceiling and roof and come back to finish they job when they felt like it. Now I'm stuck putting it in myself and hoping it comes out right.
