This guy quoted $20 on the phone and then said it would be $45 when I showed up after I drove for 30 mins! Switch and bait. He had the audacity to even tell me he didn't need my business when I asked him to come down to $40 and then proceeded to tell me to "F off!". I am shocked at how he treats his customers. He was rude to a female customer before me saying that he would "get to her shoes when he could." Another woman complained that he did not do the work as promised and he said "tough luck." Don't feel like this is your only option. He preys on people's desperation to get their personal items fixed and repaired and breaches their trust. Zero integrity and horrible manners!

Taken shoes/boots in numerous times for heel repair and they always come back looking like new. Very friendly.

Needed seam of hiking boots re-sewn. Not only were they very reasonable, they did a great job - quick enough for a weekend hiking trip. Thanks guys.

I went in to get repairs to my favorite pair of shoes which had loose heals thanks to me tripping and landing on the wrong. The owner was extremely friendly, helpful and said he'd have no trouble restoring them. When I came to pick them up, not only had he repaired the heel but he had also covered some scuff marks making the shoes look almost like new at no extra charge. He even charged me less than he had quoted me for the heel work. It's clear that he genuinely enjoys his craft and that making money is secondary. I recommend his services to anyone who's considering throwing away a favorite pair of hard to replace shoes because they need mending.
