I went for my 1st visit and was evacuated by a PA, not the Dr. that I thought 1 would see. I did get the evaluation and a test scheduled. Traveled to the Nashville office for the test, which was not as detailed as I would have expected, and after 3 weeks I had to call the office and have my results sent to my PCP. I hope it’s at his office when I go for my next visit. So in short I was told I have lose of nerve sensitivity on my right lower extremity, but little to no explaining as to what should or could be done. I’m kinda stuck as to what my next step is.

I had a 1145a appt on 4/2/2019 and was asked to be there 30 minutes early. I arrived 45 minutes early and signed my name on a pad where there was no receptionist present. At 1245, no one had showed or had taken my paperwork, so I called their office, only to be told there was about 5 patients ahead of me. On their instruction sheets, there are at least 7 warnings of the penalties one would incur by being late or a no show. Yet, from them for their gross scheduling practices, nothing. No apology, explanation, nada! I don't know what makes this Dr. think his time is more important than, but needless to say, I cancelled that appt. with NO intention of ever feeding his unprofessional ego.
