Pizza Hut

I came to this pizza hut semi-often. The service and food has always been at least acceptable, but recently even my kids have noticed the quality of everything has significantly fallen no matter who we deal with while we are there. I used to love coming here every Saturday with my children, but now not so much. It seems the over all experience just keeps getting worse. During our most recent visit my family and I over heard our waiter (Lets call him "Red") getting yelled at by a younger dark haired female manager in a tone that was nothing short of utterly disrespectful because of one table of bad customers that he had little to no control over getting a different pizza then they ordered. Which is clearly the kitchen cook's fault, right? She said things like it was all his fault and he could have handled it better. She also said specifically she was going to write him up and get him fired because the couple said they were calling corporate and that he was lucky to have a job since she would fire him on the spot if she could. Regardless of who is at fault, as a manager you simply can not communicate with your employees like that and then expect them to come in to work with any kind of decent attitude. Being a manager myself, it was then that I realized the problem with The Pizza Hut in Sango Clarksville lies at the management level. I will gladly be frequenting Michael's or Chris's pizza which is closer and a much better quality pizza anyway. Worth the extra five or ten bucks. also, upon leaving to our van I saw the couple attempting to get on the phone with cooperate Pizza Hut. I tried to explain to them that the server was a good young man and he didnt mean for them to have a bad experience. The couple assured me know that they also knew that because he had served them a few times before and he has always been great. They were calling cooperate to report the manager.

Good service and great pizza! Servers are friendly and do their jobs well.
