Horrible even trying to schedule an appt was hard because they are rude and unprofessional.

I was in town to see my brother and I wanted to get a sew-in. I was told of this salon and wanted to try it out. OMG....this place was so ghetto and ratchet. The unprofessional attitudes of the owner and the stylist was unexcuseable. A woman had just finished getting her hair done when the stylist and the owner started talking badly about the woman. They were loud and one stylist was on her cell phone while she was doing hair. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse they shared there activities of the previous weekend. Let me just say it was NOT "G" rated. I couldn't take it anymore and left. These ladies need a class in professionalism and customer service. I would NOT recommend this salon to anyone.

I absolutely love this salon. I love going to a place where i can be myself and relax with the complementary wine. The owner and her staff cater to my every need and the prices are beyond affordable. I dont know about these other client reviews and every opinion is different but i do remember getting my hair done and it was not the actual salon that irritated me it was a woman beating her bad kid and the constant asking of questions from this lady who clearly did not read the salon policy ( which i read before i came because you are suppose to do your research on a salon anyway) Overall great place and cant wait till next time!

I absolutely love this salon! It is truly the definition of a real salon with real people who know how to do amazing professional looking styles. The salon has a professional atmosphere and was recommended to me by a co-worker and was a perfect fit for my wife. I was amazed at how great everyone's hair looked once it was finished. One of the many things I liked about the salon was all of the stylists did a superb job on anyone’s hair. It's was hard to tell who did what style because of the professional look ever style completed in the salon, now that is good training. :-) My wife hair is straight and they had her walking out like she still had a perm. When she first arrived at the salon, the stylist made her feel welcomed and already had some option ready for her, her hair was unhealthy from doing it herself. After a few visits, they had my wife’s hair Flowing, straight and of course healthy!



My wife and I love the convenience of being able to make an appointment online and you don't do all of that waiting you do at other salons. You are in and out and that was a definite winner for me. The environment was nice, staff was friendly and they even had nice music. It was a pretty good experience and definitely worth every penny; besides, you can't trade the experience for anything. Diva in the Middle Hair salon offers professional and efficient service. The stylists will get you in and out quickly without compromising the quality of your service.

My review is pretty much the same as the other lady's. I got a full sew-in by the owner and my hair was really really tight. I had bumps around my back edges for at least 2 weeks. The sew-in itself wasn't bad, but I didn't like the hair so I can't fault her for that. The own is extrememly rude and disrespectful. She called my daughter a pyscho and said "don't come back". She said that to my THREE YEAR OLD because she was upset that I didn't tip her. But first let me start from the begining. I went there and was told that I had to wash my own hair. A hair salon that makes you wash your own hair? Okay, whatever. I did. I hurried to get back to the ratchet place only to be told I had to dry my own hair. Yes, Queen of the Hoodrats made me dry my own hair. Never heard of this kind of practice before but whatever. I wasn't going to tip her, but she made sure she made a comment "I gave you back $15". I really don't even know why I tipped her cause she damn sure didn't deserve it.



Then a young woman comes in and she is getting a sew-in as well. Somehow the young man and the owner starts talking about exchanging foodstamps. I guess the owner was going to buy the foodstamps off of the young woman. I seriously sat there like what in the F is going on right now? Before that, the store owner and her co-worker or whatever were discussing how "nappy headed" the child that was in there before was. Honestly, I highly doubt that this place will stay in business. She is beyond unprofessional and the only clientele she'll have is ratchet Clarksville chicks that are most likely in the club every weekend and exchange foodstamps for hairstyles.



And what kind of person, especially one with the likes of this GIRL, calls someone's kid names? The whole time she was braiding my hair, all I felt was her stomach up against my back. If she wants to talk down on people's kid, she should probably find ways to get that horrendous stomach down first and do something about that lip ring that looks more like an infected herpes outbreak. I would never suggest this place to anybody. Keep your $50. You'd be better off going somewhere else.

went their for a sew in ,never EVER go back, girl doing my hair was very distracted by men ,was their 1st and she kept puttin everyone in front of me. the owner is so freakin rude to children and her mouth is very loud and within 20min of being their i knew all of her business... all they do is gossip and the onwer braids extremly tight it dont make no since, shes young or should i say try to be young, VERy loud, GETto as heck, disrespectful making comments on other clients that as rude, And it took them 6 hours to do my hair....NOt worth it ....stay away, and what kinda business open up at 11 smdh....for the record she doesnt OWN nothin she LEAses It........Stay away unless u like drama, waiting long, n dont have kids..

I have not had any services done by this salon and there is a reason. I checked out their web page full of grammatical errors and inappropriate phrases that as a client I should never be told. By just reading the page and policy and procedure, I felt offended and I hadn't even meet the salon owner. It makes no sense what she is saying and the only way I see her business staying afloat is being she does advertise $50 sew in. Looking at the quality of work in the photo gallery, lets just say I can do better in my kitchen. I don't mean to down anyone's hustle but if you're going to run a business, then run it professionally. Be a businesswoman. The webpage needs to be re done because nowadays, people google everything and if that is the first thing they see, you may be losing more clients that you think.
