Was on the phone with Clarksville Indiana Sam's posing a question about a gift card. Operator spoke with me a little, then told me to hold on and never returned to our phone conversation. I waited on the phone for about 4-6 minutes. Posed a question that was not fully answered, wondering if operator just did not want to deal with the question.
