Don't call your self a music shop if you do not carry and repair all instruments!!!

I have visited Prosound on many occasions and everytime i have gone there the staff has been very friendly and helpful, i prefer them over ANY local music store. when i called today to see if they had a part for my instrument and what time they closed the man on the phone said they did have it and that they closed in about 10 min, but he said he would gladly wait for me to head over. when i got there he put the screw in for me that i was missing and told me it was free of charge, which surprised me cause most music stores would have put at least a 5 dollar price tag on the screw and in addition charged for putting it one, even though it didnt take much time or effort to do so, regardless i have always been a fan of prosound. it is the best local music store in my area
