Hollywood Movies and Games

My daughter told me she wanted to trade her 5 XBox games for some XBox1 games so she and her boyfriend went to this store. For whatever reason they decided to sell them. Store offered $4.00 for 5 XBox games lol. Her boyfriend sold the games for that amount and then my daughter immediately regretted doing so..so she called me crying and asked what to do. I told her that I felt the store had ripped them off and took advantage of them. I tried calling the store but they were closed. I called the store the next morning and asked for the games back and told the owner I was mad about the situation. He was rude on the phone and was talking to people in the background while I was on the phone with him. He said the kids were not getting the games back and to "come by and talk to him" so I did. Big waste of time! Said he wasn't giving the kids back the games and "maybe I should hire an attorney" if the kids wanted their games back. I don't recommend this place at all!

Sells broken merchandise and refuses to exchange next day. Terrible customer service. I will never shop here again
