Charlie Wilson's Appliance & TV

DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE! I was told to pick my appliances here from my builder who does business with them. It was a mess from the beginning. 2 weeks before we were supposed to move in the appliances that we had ordered 3 months earlier had never been ordered. We were told they were going to upgrade 2 of the appliances because they had been discontinued because they were never ordered. When we got the fridge it had very small rust spots up and down the doors. Two weeks later we got the oven and were told they could not install it because of the gas line and the delivery people left. We immediately hooked it up and while they were pulling out we called them to tell them the stove was not lighting. They told us there was nothing they could do. They would not take it and we were told to call our salesperson. We attempted to call and text him for 2 days with no returned calls. They eventually replaced the fridge because of the spots but we ended up having to communicate with Steve Wilson on the oven. He was very helpful in the beginning. He sent a repairman out but would not replace our broken stove even though we have been calling since it was dropped off. The repair man told us we needed a new motherboard and that it would be ordered. I told Steve Wilson that the stove sometimes works and then other times does not. He instructed me to be patient and that the motherboard would correct it. I waited 2 months and when I called to follow up I was told that I called him and cancelled the order and told him that I no longer needed it!!!!! ALL LIES! The repair man later told me that he got it in and could not reach me so they sent the parts back. Charlie Wilsons appliance has my number as well as my builders but never contacted us... They now refuse to fix or replace my brand new stove that does not work correctly. It cook unevenly and does not light at all times. I am still waiting for repairs through LG and Charlie Wilsons refuses to do a thing!
