Farmers Insurance - John Wiley

I have never been treated so rudely and unprofessional as I have been treated by Mr. Wiley. He is more concerned about getting you more insurance rather than actually listening to the customers needs and concerns. I refuse to do business with someone who does not value their customers. Last I checked, your customers are the reason you are still in business. Very disappointed.

From what I understand Mr. John Wiley has a local Farmers agency set up in Claremore, OK which has been established according to him for "over 25 years." With such a vast reach of experience, I would assume that a smaller town agent wouldn't be so full of himself or treat his clients with the utmost disrespect. I had recently moved to Claremore, OK and wanted to meet my local Farmer's agent who was Mr. Wiley. That was mistake number one. Mr. Wiley was rude, pretentious, and mostly full of himself Now knowing how he operates, I dropped my policy with Farmers and went to State Farm who has always taken care of their customers according to my extended family. BEWARE OF HIS BLOVIATION: HE NEEDS A REALITY CHECK.
