On two occasions i had called twice each time. No answer left voice mails. no answer. Tried emailing a few times too! Guess what... no answer!

Customer service is not their best asset. By other reviews... I hear the parts aren't either. whats left?

This is a good place to buy used auto-parts, but watch out. On the website they show there prices for parts, but what they don't tell you is the ridiculous EPA fee that attached to your bill plus taxes.

Also, at the cash register, they have a very ignorant people that do not know anything about parts and charging you more money. For instance, I have a 2000 Dodge Durango. I need the front spoiler under the bumper. On the website it should have been $15.99. Well the cashier called it a bumper cover and charged me $40.00. I argued with the person, she stated this is what they call it. Of course, when its to there monetary advantage.

Also, i purchased the right front fender. On the Durango the inner fender and fender is one piece.. They tried to charge for an inner fender and fender. So watch out!

I also purchased a composite headlight for the same vehicle. On the vehicle the headlight and turn signal come together. They charged me two separate prices for the marker light and headlamp. $29.99 for the headlight plus $7.99 for the marker lamp.

It wouldn't be so bad that you pay a $2.00 admission fee. have to hunt done a vehicle in a huge junkyards,. lugging around a toolbox. Spend hours carefully taking off your parts, but have to get ripped off at the cash register because they do not have any ideal what the parts are. They are guessing and charging you a higher price.

I ended up giving back most of the parts.that I took off.



I would say good luck and beware. Know your parts and prices. This business will definitely rip you off.
