Called to have drain that continually overflowed looked at and Matt the service tech came exactly between the time we were told and explained everything thoroughly, would give the service an A+

had ongoing issue with main line getting clogged and basement toilet overflowing; after calling other plumbers and having them not call back or not show up on time, Curtis came out and fixed my issue. he arrived when he said he was, was very courteous and explained everything being done.

I had an amazing experience with roto rooter. Our water bill had been running really high, so decided to call our go to plumber. We had a lot of issues three toilets needed to be rebuilt and one sink had to be rebuilt. Our plumber Dave came out on a Tuesday afternoon, and he came back the next morning to get everything fixed. Very friendly and professional service. I would definitely recommend them to all of my Cincinnati friends.
