        Overall

        This company did work on my house WITH NO CONTRACT. I asked them to leave my property. They refused. They were contracted by my HOA to do STRUCTURAL work after a fire at my condo. They completely over-stepped their bounds and did additional work on the INSIDE of my condo without a contract WITH ME THE HOMEOWNER What people need to know is that Rentz fine homes is owned by Bob Rentz's (of Rentz Property Management) brother. For some reason they decided what was to be done on my house without ever contacting me or giving me an estimate. Beware of this company.
