never again

I bought my girlfriend a massage. She took off work for the massage and showed at the salon to find that they double booked the massage tech so she got sent home because he refused to stay. She then rescheduled and when she showed up the next time there was no massage tech there. They said manager would call next day and he/she never did. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!

I was present during the initial appointment in which your friend had to reschedule. Our second massage therapist had driven 11 hours the night before and made a professional decision to not perform the service after just having completed two 90 minute sessions. I was not aware and am curious that your friend was rescheduled on a day a therapist was not scheduled. Please contact me directly to resolve.

Horrible Experience - If I could do NEG stars I would!!!!!!

If you bought a groupon, you wasted your money! I bought a mani and pedi from groupon.com, and had a horrible experience! My sister-in-law and I decided it would be a good time to go together. We scheduled for a Thursday night. We went in, and the place looked nice. Thee 2 nail techs were talking to themselves, not not much to us. The lady doing my sister-in-law smelled like smoke, and kept walking away for breaks, and came back smelling like smoke. If you can't wait an hour, then you need help! The lady doing mine, did a horrible job. She didn't paint my nails very well. Most of my nails were half painted, and I do not exaggerate! She didn't message my hands or feet very well, half a$$ job. When she was cutting my cuticles, it hurt, and I was jumping. The place where you had your pedi done, was horrible. They have a kitchen sink where you put your feet. If you are a bit shorter than average, it is uncomfortable! While we were there, there was a water leak and they still wanted money!



They have been there 3 years, and they say no one knows they are there. If they give everyone the treatment like we had, no one will go there! Word of mouth goes a long way! I even wrote an email, so the owner would know what is going on, and have not heard anything. It has been about 2 weeks now!



I say, if you have bought a groupon, you have wasted your money! I wouldn't even bother with going.....Just pitch the certificate! I do not recommend!!!!!

Ms Morgan, I was sorry to read about your experience at our facility. Although we didn't offer a Groupon promotion for manicure / pedicure, we have participated in offering budget friendly promotions to encourage new customers to our salon. The nail technicians I am sure engaged in some conversation with you and your sister in law during the service but as you mentioned it was a chance for you and her to do something together. The pedicure stations are of a Norwegian design and I understand you may not be a fan. The plumbing leak was a situation that is beyond anyone's control.

Horrible Customer Service

I just received a very rude call from a Manager at the salon because I had to cancel my haircut with only an hour's notice last night. I explained that I was ill, but apparently she wanted me to come in and be sick in the chair.



No wonder they had to solicit more business with discounted gift certificates online. That kind of customer service can't promote repeat business.

I am the manager and I never once was rude to Ms. Powers on the phone. I was only explaining our cancellation policy and why I had to forfeit her voucher. We actually reinstated her discount voucher once she explained the situation. I am disappointed that she didn't come back to review the very satisfactory service she received once this situation was resolved.
