        Best Yoga and Pilates Studio on the East Side!!!!!

        If you are looking for a peaceful, holistic way to get in shape with Hatha or Flow Yoga - this is the place to be. The classes are wonderful with intense deep breathing and fluid motion which can be modified to a beginning level capability. I should know I'm a beginner. After each class I feel great like I've just run 5 miles.
