Blackout Tees

Dropped off a graphic and two jackets to be embroidered and after two weeks of waiting, called to find out the status of my company's items. No work had began on the items and an employee tried to say it was because the logo was copywritten. The logo in question was designed first-hand in-house by our company. After explaining this, the person on the phone said, it belonged to a company and then named OUR COMPANY.
Clearly the individual was trying to make excuses for doing no work and wasting two weeks. We will never be using this company again and will make sure to advise anyone else seeking embroidery in the area to choose someone else. No company can afford to waste two weeks waiting on items. Terrible service. No contact from the store or employees was made. We called several times with the excuses changing each time as to why the work was not done.

I was hired there in August 2016 as a screen printer. The agreed wage was $12 an hour, but my direct deposits looked short. After not getting to see my check stubs for 3 weeks, I finally saw they were paying me $8.10 an hour. I demanded they fixed it, and was twice reassured they would by my next check.

Next check comes, minimum wage, again. I refused to come in until they fixed it, since I couldn't trust I'd be paid properly, and they basically said "I was going to cut you a check today, but I accept your no show, thanks." All further contact has been unreturned and they still owe me $600. Real honest people.

Also, they run ridiculous deadlines for only one press. Nobody there knows what they're doing or how to run a business effectively, and the owners would often be screaming at each other. My former coworker talked of working as long as 24 hours multiple times to make a deadline, and they often just throw misprints in the box just to make the deadlines.
