Republic Moving & Storage

We moved from Hawaii to San Diego in a military PCS move. Republic pleasantly surprised us with their professionalism and respect for us and our items. (We had a bad experience with movers in Hawaii). Our crew members were Hugo and Luis. They were so terrific, professional, and great at their jobs. They navigated the flatbed truck down our narrow street with ease and even happily moved the truck several times when our neighbors needed to drive past. They were quick and efficient while moving our belongings out of the crates and into the house, taking care to protect the floors, walls, doors of the house as well as our belongings in the process.

The reassembled furniture quickly and with expertise. They cleaned up any box or equipment completely and efficiently. When they were gone, there was no trace outside that a moving crew had been there.

They were a pleasure to know and have in and around our house for the day.

The whole process was done in under 5 hours and we were very very happy with the process and the outcome.

They were fast and courteous, but had to be reminded to assemble furniture.

The moving company was very professional and prompt with the delivery. The crew was very efficient, friendly, and open to any request. The crew leader Carlos was very organized, as all of them were. This was a good moving experience, and I would recommend this moving company to my friends. I have done several moves and this was definitely one of my best experiences.

A very professional move. The crew (Luis, Nick, and Alonzo? sorry, I forgot the last one) came in and got strait to business. They got everything packed, crate closed, and paperwork signed in just about an hour (granted it was only a room, but I had a lot of stuff in it). The crew was courteous and careful with the packing as well.

Richard and his crew worked quickly and efficiently. Everything made it to it's destination safe and sound, without anything being broken. I was very happy with their friendly and professional service and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a great moving team!

Rolando and Moses were very professional and courteous. They did break one antique (the only reason a took off one star) and even though it was every important to me, I didn't make a big deal out of it because they were pretty much good to go in every other aspect.

GREAT MOVING COMPANY! My stuff was well taken care of and packed quickly and efficiently. The team was very nice and worked very hard . I was very pleased with the how careful they were in protecting my fragile items. Overall i had a great experience with this company and definitely recommend them to anyone.

The service was great. I had a lot of heavy furniture stored and shipped to my new apartment. they carefully carried all of it up about two flights of stairs and carried it through some tight places and put it exactly where i wanted it without one complaint and without one scratch on my furniture or the apartment. they were very quick and like i said very careful.

Trying to get a hold of someone for the phone interview was a lot more work than I would have liked, but overall, the team at Republic Moving is outstanding. The movers took their time packing my stuff, always readily available for any questions and they worked around my hectic schedule during my move. I was very happy with their overall service and would recommend using them.

When Carlos and his crew arrived we were hoping this experience would be a better one than what we experienced with Hutchcraft Van Lines back in Illinois when this shipment was packed. When they introduced themselves, gave a detailed description of what was going to happen, and that they even used pads to protect our floors and doorway, I knew this was already superior service compared to the packing company. Their friendliness and professionalism was grand. Thank you so much for you great quality of work.
