Tangles

If the owner of tangles beauty salon is losing business it is a small wonder. They are supposed to have walk in appointments and you sign i when you arrive. After signing in i took a seat and therre was also a young man waiting there for services. The stylist a petite blonde simly ignored us and went about the business of chating on her personal cell phone. I was never acknowledged and never asked if she could help me. I felt if she did not care anymore about her customers than this that i doubted the hairstyle would be satisfactory either. I finally walked out he door and on my way out one of the stylist a dark haired lady was eating her lunch in front of the business and i told her how i was leaving because i was ignored while the other stylist took care of her own private business on a cell phone. Stylist number 2 seemed unconcerned that i was an unhappy customer and simply ignored my comments. I will never again go to this salon . It is obvious that they dont care about their customers. I think they have forgotten that with no customers the doors of the location of their job will close and they will have all the time they want to talk on cell phones and wont have to worry about customers anymore
