        I went there to donate a typew...

        I went there to donate a typewriter and called ahead to find the contact person. Not only did the "reception guy" not recognize the name, he was very rude and combative - about what? The Mgr seemed to approve of that behavior and one of the inmates wanted to get into it with me and called me a b----. Hey, I'm a little old lady trying to help others when I can. I'll certainly never bother them again.
