        Best Hair Cut and Color

        I'm a college student at Chico State and was looking for a new hair salon. Theodore Brandon's was super close to campus so I decided to try it out...The owner did such an amazing job, the best cut and color I have ever had. She was also super nice and extremely friendly. I am definitely a customer for life.
