Excellent budget Inn. Very quiet and away from the main road, going into downtown Chico. Many improvements over the years. The rooms have basic amenities, LED TV, microwave, mini fridge, coffee, ready for both businesses or pleasure at an affordable rate without sacrificing quality.

The beds are surprisingly comfortable. The rooms include a few conveniences like a fridge and microwave. And the TV gets some specialty channels like Showtime.

The front desk clerk was very helpful and even tried to assist with our computer when we couldn't get Wi-Fi

I arrived and the customer service was great. The owner was extremely kind. I got to the room, and I was surprised. Yes, it was small, however it was extremely clean.

Yes, it isn't the best hotel I've ever stayed in, but it was definitely not as bad as the reviews make it out to be. Definitely the best deal for your money.

there is a TV, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, a small table and chairs in the room. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, we slept in later than we typically do, the bed was so nice. We did not have noise issues.

Totally affordable price, great location, decent room.

This is a decent, middle of the road hotel. Not the Ritz Carlton but not the Motel 6. Only 1st floor rooms, no second story. Rooms are clean and the hotel is close to many places in Chico. If you are looking for a decent, clean, average hotel room that is affordably priced, this is your place.
