State of Illinois Field Offices

I have dealt with this facility many times over the years in trying to obtain Medicaid assistance for my now very elderly mom. We have gone there in person and called the office repeatedly. I personally have left 3-4 phone messages for Ms. Coffee in the past 6 weeks. None of my messages left on her personal voice mail has been returned. I tried to make contact with other personnel to report this non-responsive lack of service but my calls were disconnected. This public service office is appauling. This is a 90 year old senior who is in need of medical assistance and no one there has the decency to return calls. She is weak and has mobility issues. THIS IS THE CORRUPT STATE OF ILLINOIS OFFERING NO SERVICE TO ITS TAX PAYING CITIZENS!
