Rugo/Raff Architects Ltd

This architecture firm is not on par with other residential architecture firms of this level with respect to talent, fees, service, and overall value. We found their design staff to be extremely unreliable, non-creative, and sloppy. The owner of the firm was rude and at times disrespectful; not to mention pretentious. Their service fees are among the highest for residential architects and we could not see how they can justify this given the poor level of service we experienced. You're better off working with other more talented, responsible, and qualified architects and not Rugo-Raff Architects.
