If you like Roach's, being stuck in elevators, having your water shut off all the time, with no hot water, or your gas being shut off without notice, and management that doesn't live in the building therefore has no clue what its like, then this place is for you.

I use to live in the building several years ago but moved out. I came back a short while ago to the area to find it was completely redone. The leasing manager was great to work with, his name is Aaron. It looks great with lots of space and clean. I plan on moving in May 1.
