        Overall

        This company is very unprofessional. They do not keep their appointments and will not even let you know when they will not show up on time. They seem more interested in trying to sell you stuff than check to see what may be wrong with your current unit. I would not trust a company that only wants to rip people off. There is not a star low enough to rate this companies service.
