Jerome H. Meyer & Co is a full-service property management firm established in 1975 to manage and lease investment properties in the Near North and Lincoln Park areas of Chicago. From only four residential buildings with approximately 200 units in 1975, our management portfolio has since expanded to approximately 100 residential, condominium, retail, and office buildings throughout Chicago with over 1, 500 units today. At the same time, our administrative staff has grown from an office of one in 1975 to 12 today, including six property managers supervising approximately 25 field personnel. All Jerome H. Meyer & Co management assignments are characterized by our attention to detail, responsiveness, efficiency, and insistence on quality. Our seasoned management team is skilled at satisfying our tenants while also maximizing value for our property owners. Together with our affiliates, Lakewest, Inc. and Belgravia Group, our expertise extends over a broad array of services, including not only residential and commercial management and leasing, but also brokerage and development as well.
