Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I arrived MDW airport but did not want to pay the extra airport fees associated with airport car rentals. So, my friends and I took the orange line to S. Pulaski and walked a few blocks to get the rental car. Ideally, I wanted them to pick us up from the airport but when I called and asked they said they couldn't because of the competing Enterprise located at the airport; fair enough. A little walking saved a lot of money. Jennifer was awesome and went above and beyond helping me. They didn't have the car style I reserved so they upgraded me at no extra charge. I was very happy with the service. I also used my own insurance and brought my own GPS to save some money.

The service was excellent the staff very friendly and helpful regarding showing me all the features in the car. Everything was so excellent that when I needed more time I rented again for another month same car and had the pleasure of the same excellent staff.
