No bride-to-be in her right mind would associate this experience to something "stellar", as the owner claims..
They put me in a stressful position of NOT having any ring on my engagement shoot even after asking for some consideration. We had to change so many plans/trips due to their errors. The $300 upgrade & refund won't simply cover those (stress, time, costs, including air travel/ flight changes.)
The owner even implied that other jewelers could also mess up a simple solitaire ring multiple times, & would treat us worse than they did.
Please do NOT underestimate our knowledge of consumer rights.

ALL, a fair warning about the owner & escalating issues to him. He was unapologetic & wants us to be grateful, even if his team made errors multiple times.

I had this simple ask from the very beginning & that never changed: Make the band 18K rose gold, w/ white gold head which they later turned into platinum due to multiple errors in the production. The remake wouldn't have been necessary if the modification was executed correctly in the 1st place! So we were just asking for some consideration coz my eng't shoot overseas was coming soon, & I would be left "ringless" if I surrender it beforehand. We were not in a rush to get the refund.

I expect the owner to respond with something to cover his back, the same way he treated other negative reviews of this his store... Don't be fooled!
