This review is for the serious ethic violations and malicious prejudice practices with the following justices; Honorable Carol Bellows, Presiding Honorable Moshe Jacobious, Presiding Circuit Court Honorable Timithy Evans and Honorable Jordan kaplan;



Failure to comply to general proceedings

Failure to enforce order of protection by consolidation from Markham municiple court January 1998;

Threatening / harassment of party and party's attorney's (6)

Failing to comply to manditory time frames for motions filed

allowing contested parties to participate from 8-28-1997 thru 12-21-1999 without payment to Guardian of Litum

endangerment of four minor children ages 1,2,3,8 years old (non representation )

violating constitutional right to preson property,rights to party's children marital assests.

non- compliance of all order's entered regarding (respondent)

ignored two year weiver

violated the constitutional right of petitioner fair meaningful trial.



and in the Circuit Court of Cook Cunty First District of Chiago the Honorable justices Honorable Jordan Kaplan motion the court on the behalf of an absent party ( Respondent) whom had physical assaulted/ and abandoned his sole responsibility to the provisions set forth within the Judgment Order entered on December 21, 1999; later Corrected December 29, 1999; without corrects made to Memorandum entered on December 21, 1999



The Circuit Court First District of Chiago IL. - failed to comply to the provisions set forth within the Corrected Judgment entered on December 29,1999.



All Justices regarding this matter were immediately nominated to other divisions/ or chairs of office within the District/ region of Chicago IL. on January 2000.



The Honorable Moshe Jacobious ( Trial Judge ) was dismissed from the division for six months after entering the Judgment order and returned as the Presiding Judge of the Domestic Relations Division.



The First District of Chicago Il. has conspired with five states; satisfying their threats made in open court and on record durring proceedings and at Trial

* Placement of all minor children were handled by federal government agencies ( CPS ) and were instructed by the Honorable Carol Bellows and the Guardian of Litum on the matter.

* Wisconsin - failure to enforce Corrected Judgment Order ( abandonment / interstate harassment)

* Illinois - failure to enforce Corrected Judgment Order ( child endangerment, neglect)

* Indiana - failure to enforce Corrected Judgemnt order ( child endangerment, neglect)

* Texas - failure to enforce corrected Judgemetn Order ( abandonment ( 2006) child traffincing, child endangerment, nelglect non compliance of probation ordered entered on October 19, 2007)

* Arizona - child trafficing, illegally conducting deliquency anbd dependancy matter, child expl;oitation, endangerment. failure to enforce Corrected Judgment order. .
