Christina works closely with each client to perform an adequate assessment, provide nutrition education and address any personal challenges the client may be facing. Christina sets specific, individualized and realistic goals with clients to help them reach the healthy lifestyle they seek. She is a firm believer in the motto “everything in moderation” and carries this rationale into her counseling. ​ Christina has loved to cook since she was young. She also enjoys going to different neighborhoods in and around the city and trying the different foods they have to offer. Her favorite places to travel to are Arizona and Michigan where she visits family and goes hiking.
