        fraudulent and unethical

        I dealt directly with "Chas." I called and told Chas that my AC unit needed to be replaced and asked for an estimate. When I asked for the estimate, he did not notify me that there would be a charge ��� he demanded payment of $125 when he was in my house alone with my wife. She agreed to pay to get him out of the house. He called it a ���Service Call/Troubleshoot��� but this is fraudulent because no service was provided.
