Customer Service was absolutely horrible!!! If you want good customer service go to Lisa at BowWow Pet Laundry in Blue Island!! After being told @Beverly Hills Pups there is a charge of $8 for a re-wash and detecting a massive amount of flakes on my dog, taking pictures and giving the bag with the flakes to the owner, the owner insisted they have noticed this on several dogs and are not responsible?? Because my mother dropped off the dog with the shampoo I used at home he accused me of not having our stories together. Why would she waste her time and gas to go back the next business day and I trying to explain the facts for 15 minutes over $8. I am insulted of being called a liar and would definitely not recommend taking your dog to a place where the Owner is this unprofessional. Not worth the money!! It didn't matter that I have been coming here for a year!! A place not willing to own up to not properly rinsing my dog and sending her home like this is not worth it.

Great service for an inexpensive cost. I will definitely bring my 2 dogs back here again!

So I was reading reviews on this place and I would disagree. as far as puppy sale I am pretty sure they don't sale puppies anymore. I brought my dog for grooming and payed 30 bucks I am very satisfied great work for very cheap. I checked a few places around and they charge an arm and a leg. so overall 5 stars I sure will be returning.

Saw an ad on craigslist yesterday and i risked taking my dog there. It was worth the risk the groomer did an amazing job. Before i took my dog i looked up reviews they have a few negative reviews but like i said i took the risk. thats why i am writting a review because they do a great job.

A Couple Of Days Ago I Took My 1 1/2 Year Old Yorkie To Get Groomed Full Service. They Took Way To Long And Called Me And Told Me That My Dog Has Fleas. They charged an extra $10 total of $60 I had to pay. I Notice my dog was acting weird when we got home keeping to himself , the place gave him an infection because the shaved way to close to his skin making his private part irritated, didn't clip his nails and man-handled him because he wasn't himself. I am looking into a suite for tge vet bills and my money back. NEVER EVER COME TO THIS PLACE THEY JUST WANT MONEY!!!##

So I took my 2 dogs for the grooming yesterday and. I love it great service as the grooming goes. it takes a little while if you don't have a appoinment so call ahead of time. And ask for brian young man I guess he is the owner groomer but knows how to groom dogs.my only complaint is the wait it took about 1 1/2 hour per dog.

nice place stopped by to get my dog sheen dog shampoo and came out with 2 bags full of toys treats and what not. very cheap prices for a small business. love it !!

I got a pup from this store for christmas and love him great puppy. No problems so far. Very reasonable price for everything. Believe me I checked around before going there. I also got a free grooming and loved it.

Never buy a dog from here. I purchased a 2 month old Yorkie from here and he was sick with pnemonia and worms. The vaccination records were false and my dog was very close to death. The vets didnt think he would survive. This place does not care for the dogs and they purchase them from puppy mills. My yorkie was underweight for his age and extremly sick. Luckily the vet caught him in time and now he is much better. I will never go back to Beverly Hills Pups not even to buy a leash for my dog.

I TOOK MY YORKIES TO GET A FULL GROOM: HAIR CUT, NAILS CUT, EARS CLEANED, TEETH CLEANED. I ASKED FOR THEM TO CUT ONLY A LITTLE HAIR OFF THEY CUT IT ALL OFF MY DOGS LOOKED LIKE NO ONE LOVED THEM THEY DIDNT CUT THE NAILS OR CLEAN THE TEETH, TOOK 2HOURS LONGER THEN THE PICK UP TIME AND STILL CHARGED FULL PRICE!!!!!
