We will never again use this law firm. They never return phone calls, and there is a lack of communication and follow through in the office.
We were informed 10 minutes prior to closing on our home that our lawyer would not be attending . His secretary said the person who conducted the closing would walk us through it, and we would have some money refunded because the lawyer would not be there to represent us.
We made many phone calls, left messages, and never received a call back regarding the refund. When I finally spoke with the lawyer, months later, I was treated with hostility, told we would not be getting any money back, and that his secretary had not been authorized to tell us that.
