R. Cary Mead, DDS Endodontist

I was referred to Dr Mead by my dentist. I went to my dentist this morning and got my appointment with Dr Mead this afternoon. They were running a little behind but once I was seated in the chair, they explained everything. I was there for a root canal. I had never had any major dental work done before, not even a filling. Dr Mead and his assistant were very considerate and asked often if I was doing OK. As he was proceeding with the procedure, he was telling me everything he was doing and what to expect with every step.

Avoid this dentist office like the plague! Horrible customer service. Most offices require 24 hour cancelation notice from patients but rarely implement it. This office requires 48 hours notice and if you don't comply they treat you extremely rudely and disrespectfully along with charging you $60 and they also refuse to see you as a patient anymore regardless of the situation (son was in a car accident, emergency came up at work, etc.). Dentists are a dime a dozen. I would go elsewhere. Patients should be treated with respect and dignity not treated as a dollar sign.
