Makoski has also earned NAHB education designations as a Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR), Certified Green Professional (CGP), Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist (CAPS), and has won numerous awards including the most prestigious NAHB Cadre Award, The OHBA statewide “Best Exterior Renovation,” Cleveland Choice Awards for the “Judges Choice Award of Excellence,” “Best Architectural Custom Home of the Year,” “Best Kitchen Renovations” and “Best Interior Renovations” for three consecutive years, and has been awarded the HBA’s “Presidential Recognition Award” for his participation in creating the first HBA Remodelers Warranty.
