I'm a band leader and event planner for my high school's annual Reunion Christmas Party since 2014. My band first performed there in 2006 and I was extremely impressed with the building's overall structure. The off the beaten path location in a secluded wooded area, spacious well lighted parking lot, classic building design, elegant ballroom with it's spectacular centerpiece chandelier and convenient side floor ramp that leads to backstage, auditorium designed stage with curtains and dressing rooms, well equip prep kitchen and separate large dining area. I've played in almost every venue in Richmond and surrounding area for the past 50 years (hotel ballrooms and Atria Theater ballroom), and they do not compare to this venue. The rental manager (Nita Pansuria) has a very polite and pleasing businesslike manner that I've enjoyed since we first met. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone who's looking for a place to have a wedding reception, family or class reunion, or even a business event for any occasion. If yo're looking for "class', this building has it!
