Chester Floors

Extremely poor customer service from both the employees and owner. Wasted our time having the owner come to our home to never get a quote. Sales people don't know their products and expect customers to do their legwork for them. They lost a 15K order. The place is a dump on top of it all. Old Dominion Floors will be installing all of our hardwood and ceramic.

Rude associates, very unprofessional. I determine my overall future experience by the service I receive when I initially call for service. Didn't make it past the initial call. Not good!
