Overall

I called and told them, my connection on my cpap machine to hook up the oxygen had broken off. She act like she did not know what I was talking about. I also stated I need a new tubing for my oxygen. The one I have is old and I got a replacement when I was in the hospital. They sent new mask without the hook up support for the oxygen and no new tube for it. Now I have to call back and wait another week for the correct items, so No sleeping with my cpap and oxygen again,

Overall

First time using this company (and they were the folks who provided my CPAP machine). Don't return phone calls when left on their voice mail/message. When FINALLY someone did call back ... they sent the wrong nasal pillows. (mind you - THEY supplied the original CPAP machine). I'm groaning with the prospect that I need to deal with them for the duration ...

Overall

While their start up is good the follow through and support really really sucks. I can't seem to get my parts that should be replaced each 3 months. This really doesn't make sense to me because it's costing them money. If they fill right away, I'd get 4 replacements a year. At this rate I'll be lucky to get 2. Talking with others I'm not the only one. So why they are in business if not to make money is beyond me.
