US Post Office

Never let them "hold mail". You may never see it. The staff is rude and incompetent. I got a LOT more words but they are filthy and derogatory

Mail in Chesapeake is ridiculous! I put 15 pieces of mail in the outgoing mailbox from my condo community and 6 weeks later, not one of the cards had been received! I called this location because that is where my mail carrier comes from and after calling and calling someone finally answers only to explain to me that my mail carrier probably didn't know that it was outgoing mail making it out as if it is MY fault that the carrier doesn't know how to do their job. It was in the Outgoing mailbox labeled "Outgoing Mail". Now I've wasted my money in stamps, the cost of my personalized wedding thank yous and the frustration of dealing with people who absolutely don't care about doing their job correctly. I will continue to call the post office each week and complain.

I am writing to let it be known that this post office is very unprofessional .I have had my P.O box for five years,and sence then they have been getting my mail mixed up.the supervisors have a don't care attitude.....do not use this post office.you don't get a call back from post master ,and they are rude..... this post office is to large to operate like this.

I went to this post office to have my passport renewed. I had never been through the process before, and the employees were of absolutely no help. They all had a DO IT YOURSELF ATTITUDE and answered all my questions with. "I just send it off that's your job" I advise that if you ever need to go to a post office avoid this ghetto establishment at all cost
