I started almost two months ago and have already lost five pounds. I planned on going twice a week, but I love it so much that I try to go three days a week whenever I can. The things I like best about the studio are the format of the workout, the instructors, and the clients. The workout is tough, but I always feel so great after! I'm not good at going to the gym and trying to put together my own workout. I get all the structure I need here, plus it's so much fun to punch and kick things! The instructors are amazing! They are always so positive and supportive. Each class, I'm given individual guidance and tips to make my technique better. Finally, the community is awesome. Everyone is so friendly and there is no judgement. Seriously. Everyone is there to challenge themselves. Not one another. I'm so happy I found this place and hope it will continue to help me improve myself inside and out!

I was terrified when I first signed up for the classes. On my first day I was so nervous because I did not know if people would look at me funny because of my size. Well let me say that not only did the instructors make me feel welcome but so did the members... I was sold on day one! I have dropped down 6 pant sizes in 10 months! I have been a part of this fit family for 10 months!! I have never been able to stick to something for more than 2 months!! ILKB is part of my lifestyle!! I recommend ILKB to any and all who are ready for change in their life because change will happen here for sure!! I truly do love I Love Kick Boxing Philly!!

Love this place! Fun workout with great energy and amazing people. You will not be disappointed! Highly recommend to everyone looking for an awesome workout!
