        I have had nothing but great experiences with Rick. He is quick, professional, and has very reasonable rates.

        Overall

        Makes appoitments and does not show up. Does not return phone calls or text. I tried to contact Rick for several days after he had to cancel an appoitment do to wether. Then he broke the secont appoitment and never called or texted
