After going to pain managements you run into people you know. Get to know the staffs very well. All the stories I heard i just blew them off cause I had small issues with them nothing that was not fixable. I was guaranteed the problems they had with thier drug tests were fixable and if ever a problem they could send to lab and get it straightened out. Until one day i was totally shocked and in tears and kicked out. I have never done drugs only done my prescriptions only cause of a horrible car wreck my life does not exisit without them. I of course would never do nothing to jeopardize that we are talking about me being able to live normal as possible or being bed ridden and using walking and wheel chair. They prescribe me medocations that caused a false positive a few times and had to use their other test why they have two no idea but had it in my records etc staff was always noce except for one who never seemed to like me was very rude and kinda smartellicy towards me i just blew it off wasnt there to make friends just to get my meds and go home. The test came up false positive again i thought no big deal done before i took anpther test it came back just like before fine. But this time the nurse who dod not like me who stood watched me take both tests said i used fake urine i was pulled into the doctor office treated like some kind of junky ask if i shot up snorted or abused my meds i was in tears they were goving me two weeks eds told me to find another doctor i said what ur npt even gping to send it off to proof they are both from me and prove my medication u give me caused it to do this. Wow they were so rude never been treated like that. I paid for both to be sent off 35 each or 124.70 if onsurance paid it was yold onsirance would npt pay for both then charged me 10 for second was told to call back i called few days later bogger shock i tested positive for methamphetamine. What???? Never done that nothing but what they prescribe even more confusing only one tested positive it was the one that was fine in thier office. All i know to say is if they want you gone your gone with a permanent bad record. I do not know what she did to my urine but a drop of even antihistamines can make u test positive not one time had i ever done anything wrong there or no where i am a christian women never done drugs except when i was 15 i experimented. Never been in trouble with the law. This place is great til they need to weed out some people. Dea has been on them heavy from what they were saying last time i was there. He even made fun of me for crying the day it all happened when i called for my lab results. I ask about a hair test i would pay for it i was told no your released. This is my experience with them a honest and good pain management is hard to find. They seem up and up but they are like everyone else. The difference is all the staff is very nice and caring all the doctors seen was nice. All except the one nurse does the urine test and the doctor with als and the bearded santa man. So while you are going you feel secure in finally having a doctor thats going to be around and very comfortable but then boom your out you did nothing wrong i know they messed with my urine test because i do not do drugs and they did not wven wanna know why it came out like that and was so rude even told me i could not clean y face up from being shocked and crying to get out of his office. You know i use to pray for that doctor coming to work as sick as he was now i have no hard feelings but i pray for his heart and they kind of people those three are. I would have never guessed they were like that. Prayers for wveryone who needs painmanagement it is a horiible life not to have pain meds when you really need it and can not trust who you see and your life is in their hands the quality of it. Needless to say i am bed ridden again and using my walker back brace and miserable but God has some kind of plan for me i pray. Good luck to you all. God bless

it's great! the staff here are nice,the doctors are there to listen and pay attention to our concerns and they offer many types of thearpy including a massage room,yoga class etc.the only fault i have here is the drive and the wait.but it is worth the drive just to be treated like a human and not a junkie as most places of this nature do treat you as if you are a druggie and although a lot that go are,i am not as a lot of other patients aren't either.so it is nice to be treated with respect and if we can weed out the bad eggs?that totally destroy the name of the good clinics"like WELLNESS FIRST" maybe we have a shot at keeping this place here.they are straight up and you better be able to pass your drug screening,or your out! they are here to help and hopefully to stay!i am a new patient and so far i love it here! lets just shorten the wait.
