these people have the worst customer service ever. i was told the same thing to write the owner a letter and the woman that calls herself a manager said alls he would do is give it to her. she was very rude. i will never go back to this company again. its a waste of money

I wish I could give NO stars. I spent over $800 with this company and when they ruined a Christmas surprise for 2 very special people in my life due to them overlooking my order I was given false promises and a 3 month battle.I called over 50 times to get my issue fixed. Never received a phone call email or anything! I was told to write the owner (Larry Farley) and still nothing. I was spoken to with foul language, uncalled for tones as if I was dirt. There entire staff is unprofessional trash in my opinion. They were quick to take my money but no so quick to fix THEIR ERROR. Beware of this company!!! No one seems to be happy with them. TRUST me, their poor level of professionalism shows in everything they do. I have never been so taken advantage of.Words can't even begin to describe the disappointment in this thing they call a business! It’s an absolute joke. Save you money and go elsewhere. I will be sure to use all media networks available to get the word out about this sad excuse for a photographer. Check out the ratings from the Better Business Bureau! I have filed a complaint with them as well!

I recently had my son some pictures made thru this company. I admit that they didn't tell me that I had to pay $19.95 for sitting fee. Once my son got done having his pictures made, I received a receipt stating that my portriats would be back on the date and time that I chose to pick up his photos. The pricing is a little high, but the more you bargin with them, you'll end up walking away with all your portriats for half the price. I no because, I just picked my son photos up today and they are BEAUTIFUL.

THIS PLACE TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE POTRAITS IN THE MAIL IN 2 WEEKS. AFTER 2 MONTHS I FINALLY GOT AN ANSWER AT THE COPMANY. I NOW HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM AND THEY DO NOT REFUND. THEY DID NOT DO AS THEY SAID, PLUS ANOTHER PHOTOGRAPHER TOLD ME HE WOOULD HAVE DONE BETTER PORTRAITS FOR LESS! DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE A SCAM, THAT STARTED OUT AS "FOR 19.95 SETTING FEE YOU GET FREE 8X10."
