Purple Haze

After saving up my money. On 10-3-2014, I went Purple Haze in Chatsworth, CA to Buy a VAP for wax. The salesman recommended the $200.00 Pinnacle Pro hand held vap for wax and bud.. The next day on 10-4-2014, I decided to return the device. The salesman said no. I could only send the device back to the Mfg. for repair. I said I didn’t need it to be repaired I do not like the product The salesman still say’s no. He says it is the only item in his store that cannot be returned. I said “why would you recommend this product, if it could not be returned” The feeling I had just been played is now stuck in my mind. Because, why wouldn’t a Business disclose this fact at the point of sale and print the terms on the receipt.

My bad experience serves as warning to others.

This shop is a total disgrace !!.. I had to wait until the guy was done smoking to make my purchase only to find out what i purchased was an aftermarket product and defective the next day. I was able to return the unit only because the guy said he was doing me a favor so i was able to get the ego c Twist and Saturday after using it for a while it was time to charge... The unit fell apart and literally had wires sticking out of it. I went back to the store on Sunday and the same guy would not take it back.. He said they have a no return policy and then took an attitude with me.

NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE IDIOTS, THEY SIMPLY HAVE NO BUSINESS SENSE !!!! Whoever owns this shop should have his head examined! I have given these guys three chances and now have realized that they simply will never get it... I have reported them to Joytech and wanted anyone reading this to not purchase anything from these guys... I love when a business thinks they do not need their customer base coming back......
