General Info: JCR is a custom architectural sheet metal fabrication business. This company began as an HVAC repair company in 1987. Going on we explored the niche of architectural sheet metal fabrication. We have in the past had production that called for a cnc shear & plasma cutter, and a cnc folder & press brake. Now we have scaled back to a 12' mechanical shear & 10' Hand Brake and become a father & son business. We fabricate roof metals that aren't commonly fabricated on an industrial scale. JCR has experience manufacturing large orders of custom material. We provided thousands of feet of edge metals, large copings, and other various roof metals for the 2007 expansion of the Cal Poly SLO recreation center. All material except the cleat for edge metals was kynar 500 pvdf. Some of the edge metals were laser-cut with custom one-off designs.
